Whatever your jewelry dreams are, our team can bring them to life with our simple four-step custom design process.
Step 1: Dream
What do you see when you picture your dream jewelry? We’re here to help make it a reality. Draw inspiration from our collections or bring in pictures you’ve found on Pinterest or elsewhere. From there one of our expert designers can begin an initial sketch of your jewelry.
Step 2: Design
Once your sketch is complete, we will use 3-D imaging technology to create a computer-aided design (CAD), so you can really visualize what your piece will look like. Through the CAD, you can modify and tweak your design until it’s just right. Once the CAD is approved, a wax model will be cast for you to try on and examine. You can make further refinements based on this model before giving your final stamp of approval.
Step 3: Create
When you’ve given the go-ahead, it’s time for us to take the last steps in turning your vision into a reality. High quality metals will be cast and polished to a perfect sheen and each stone meticulously set, until the final creation is ready to be unveiled.
Step 4: Celebrate
When your piece is complete, it’s time to celebrate! From the very first idea to the moment you finally put on your creation, we pour ourselves into the custom design process to ensure that you are 100% happy with your piece.
